Museum of Discovery is now a EFA vendor!
The Arkansas LEARNS Act, enacted in 2023, created the Education Freedom Account (EFA) program to provide families with funding for educational expenses outside traditional public schools. EFA funds can be used for private school tuition, curricula, tutoring, testing fees, technology, and educational supplies. Memberships
Membership provides access to engaging STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) interactive exhibits, educational programming, and events specifically beneficial for homeschooling families, enriching the homeschool experience through hands-on learning and exploration.

Two options for purchase:
- 1 – Reimbursement: Purchase a membership and submit your receipt through ClassWallet for reimbursement. As soon as you purchase the membership it is active and ready for you to use.
- 2 – Direct Pay: Complete and return the EFA membership form and our membership team will send you an invoice for you to submit to ClassWallet. Once your funds have been approved we will set-up the membership. EFA Membership Form Here
Educational Programs
Applicable educational programs include:
- Homeschool Series (ages 6-14): Register online for the series and submit your receipt through ClassWallet for reimbursement
- Summer Camps: STEAM-focused camps may be eligible for EFA funding
- Group Programs: Specialized workshops for various organizations
One option for purchase:
1 – Reimbursement: Register and pay for programs (homeschool classes, camps, workshops, or admission) directly through the Museum of Discovery. For a receipt, please email klamb@museumofdiscovery.org and submit it through ClassWallet for reimbursement.
